New Vicar

Our previous incumbent moved to a new role at the start of September 2018 and applications are now invited for the role of Vicar of St Mark’s Colney Heath.

St Mark’s Church family is seeking to appoint a Vicar to this evangelical, charismatic church who is able to “make church a revelation” both to the community and to the church members. Specifically someone who:

  • Is prayerful and able to discern God’s leading
  • Is encouraging in openness to the gifts of the Holy Spirit
  • Is able to build on the changes of the past 5 years and maintain the church’s forward momentum
  • Will lead us in a collaborative way, teaching, equipping and building us up
  • Can encourage the growth of community in our church
  • Is committed to helping us bring more of those on the fringe and in the wider community into relationship with Jesus
  • Will lead us in reaching and discipling men as well as women, children as well as adults

£26,900 Diocesan Salary
